Day TWENTY-EIGHT

It’s my first day of my last set of beads on basic… now I am beginning to count-down! If all goes as planned, I’ll be on transition by next Monday. Can’t wait! I am so happy to be over the ‘hump’ of the past few days of dreading each and every day on the program. Whatever comes now my way this week, I know I can face it as I know that next week I am beginning to add chicken and fish back into my life.

The one thing I know I will want to work on diligently is to do a good and full transition. People on the list who ‘fail’ and fall back into bad eating habits all say that they didn’t do a full transition or skipped it all together. As much as I do not want to cheat to ensure fastest progress though this program, just as much do I want to ensure a good transition so that I never have to go BOB – back on beads.

Day TWENTY

This week I have been keeping myself busy with work, which is continuing over the weekend. Yesterday and today I tried vegetable recipes from the Accu website. The Curry Vegetable Stew is wonderful. Also the famous Eggplant Lasagna is good, though as I am not an avid eggplant lover I was not AS thrilled as with the curry. The nice thing is that the curry resulted in 5 and the lasagna in 6 full day vegetable portions, meaning that for 9 coming veggie days I will not have to shop nor cook. Pretty convenient.

Day EIGHTEEN

It’s the last day of my second set of beads. And my weight finally dropped again. In a nice big chunk. And the body fat dropped too. Great. Over 15 pound lost in 18 days. The 15 pounds are “guaranteed” per month. If I don’t lose anything the next 12 days I’m still on target. Of course that’s not my wish, I would like to be done by the end of the month. Now that would be nice. Very nice.

Day FIFTEEN

Weight is going down – of course I would love it to just disappear which won’t happen. Another 3 weeks on the tough program, I can do it. Of course I had to hit the point when the strictness of the program gets boring. And that would be now. Though I did make a great vegetable lunch. It’s being so tired which makes me wish something more. Exhausted due to physical exertion – we moved over 4 tons of stones, I do hope this will show nicely tomorrow on the scale… and it did keep me from too much introversion.

Good and bad.

The jury is out on 2 other products:

Great discovery:

SoBe lifewater – fuji apple pear [zero calories, natural sweetened with erythritol] is much better than anticipated and great for getting large quantities of hydration.

The bad:

La Croix sparkling soda – cran rasperry [zero calories, no artificial sweeteners] – it’s like drinking salted raspberry soda. Better choice: drink Perrier which does not have such a distinct salty taste and add a teaspoon of sugar free, calorie free raspberry sirup to it.
