<p>I&#8217;m glad to see the body fat dropping on the scale, sure indicator that I have been better with hydration. I&#8217;ll work on improving that even more. Yesterday I had 10+ cups of liquid. That&#8217;s not great for being on this diet, considering that on a normal, non-diet day drink 8 cups. My current goal is to reach 16 cups. Most important thing is to have it always handy, the drinking becomes then like a steady stream.</p>
