This list might confuse you terribly if you come here out of context. Sorry about that! This is the list I kept for myself which I call the FOOD THAT CAN BE IN YOUR FUTURE list – items I suddenly had horrible cravings for while on the diet. When I wrote them down here, they left my head and the cravings would vanish too as I knew, I COULD have them in the future if I then still wanted to.
