 I just want to thank you very much for a very comprehensive website and for providing a great inspiration to your readers.  I was on the Bead Diet 2 yrs ago and had lost 20-25 lbs. I didn&#039;t regain all of the lbs back except 5 lbs.  But, I plan to lose some more lbs  specially I am determined to attend my 25th high school reunion in July 2012.

I changed the text but realized that I am a bit confused if it can be veggies only or if there always needs to be 1 or 2 fruit the same day.</description>

The only thing I noticed that I feel a need to comment on is that there is no choice to do 2 lbs veggies &amp; no fruits.  You must do no more than 1 1/2 lbs veggies &amp; either 1 or 2 fruits.  Otherwise you should do wonderful &amp; I am in complete awe of this whole blog.
