What it is in a Nutshell:
A Starvation Diet with a Twist.
Huh?!
- Starvation because the body receives barely calories.
- With a Twist because
- your body does not go into starvation mode,
- you are not hungry,
- you’re not losing muscle mass but only fat,
- you’re getting nutrients
- you’re losing weight quickly; expect 3 to 5 pounds per week average
How does it work?
- You listen to an ORIENTATION to get the theory.
- You have somebody take photos from behind each of your ears.
- You order the STARTER KIT which contains 3 sets of beads, placement of beads, more instructions and more.
- You listen to the TRAINING to get grooved in to placement, AccuPressure and the CHI GONG breathing and more.
- You have someone place the beads according to the instructions, either the evening before your first day or in the morning of the fist day.
- From your first day on you apply acupressure to the beads according to directions every odd hour.
- From your first day on you use the Chi Gong technique learned
- From your first day on you go on a 2-day cycle, over and over again:
- MILK & YOGURT days contain of one OR the other:
- 20 oz WHOLE MILK
- 10 oz WHOLE MILK and 10 oz of PLAIN WHOLE YOGURT
- VEGGIES & FRUIT days contain of one OR the other:
- 1.5 pounds VEGETABLES (no starchy ones)
- 1-2 FRUIT and up to 1.5 pounds VEGETABLES (no starchy ones)
- MILK & YOGURT days contain of one OR the other:
- From your first day on you only eat the above between NOON and 6 PM, never outside this schedule.
- There is a long list of things you can or can not have, very helpful as it gives you good ideas what to do with the limited supplies.
- The one thing you can’t have too little of is WATER.
- After 9 days you change beads and place them on the new, defined location.
- You stay in contact with your assigned consultant for any questions you might have.
- Once you’re at your goal weight you switch to the TRANSITION PROGRAM which takes 2 to 7 weeks.
- After the TRANSITION PGM you get to be on the MAINTENANCE program with free support for live.
Can’t you be more specific?
Sure. Probably. Give me some time and I’ll fill in the gaps over the course of my diet.

This is absolutely awesome. You are a computer genius evidently, & I am so impressed. I am one of the old timers. The only thing I noticed that I feel a need to comment on is that there is no choice to do 2 lbs veggies & no fruits. You must do no more than 1 1/2 lbs veggies & either 1 or 2 fruits. Otherwise you should do wonderful & I am in complete awe of this whole blog.
Good luck, & as we like to say, “May The Schwartz Be With You”!

Janet, thank you so very much for your kind words! Thanks for the clarification regarding the allowance on the veggies. Must have missed that! I changed the text but realized that I am a bit confused if it can be veggies only or if there always needs to be 1 or 2 fruit the same day.
