Another Day FIFTEEN – and in a similar mood as back then on my original 2009 Day FIFTEEN. Again, I am making progress (14 lbs in 2 weeks) and again am I terribly bored. This year I am overall very busy which helps a lot getting through the days. And, knock on wood, so far no tragedy as back then with Tricky’s death has hit. Another 4 weeks I am assuming and I am counting the days…

With the BeadsDiet you do not pay for the emails, you pay for the beads and support – and they really take care, I had my support person follow up on me even 3 months after I was officially done back in 2009.
What is really nice is that there is a user group email list for people on the diet and that has been major support for many, many users.
Paying for the beads and all is also a good motivation to stick to the program, next to the benefit that they really help.

Unfortunately, they do not have an abundance of recipes and there are no forums for persons to post new ideas like your Tips page. Overall I am satisfied but I wish I had more recipes
If you get some awesome finds from the emails, could you please consider posting. I have already received great insight from reading your old posts

This time around I did not join the email list group as I feel comfortable enough to do it this time on my own, so I do not have any insight on latest recipes.
