Knowing that I’d constantly would forget rubbing the beads every to hours I found quickly a working solution for myself: in iCal I created a new calendar. (I’m on a Mac, did you guess? You can probably do the same in Entourage or Outlook). Then I setup a repeating alarm with no end data to notify me every 2 hours between 7 AM and 11 PM. I also setup whole day events for my milk days (just in case I’d forget to count) and when I needed to change the beads plus when to register the weight. Then I turned off the visibility of the calendar. The alarms show up on my computer perfectly on time and helps me not having to ‘remember’ nor to pay attention to the clock. Once the program is over I’ll delete the calendar and this will turn all alarms automatically off.

This worked for me also. Last year (1st time on AW), I used a timer message on my computer that would pop up with the message, “breathe.”
Marlyse, no surprise at all to read you were a model. And from your photo, I beg to differ with your opinion concerning the effects of gravity. You wear it well!
You are so very close to your goal. Isn’t this exciting!
Take care,
Jean

On the “breathe” part I’m lacking and very irregular. That’s a good idea to couple that with the beads alarm!
Thanks Jean for your nice words!
Yes, it’s quite exciting to be so close to transition. Can’t wait for my first fish!!
