10 August 2009 is the day that I began a new adventure.
As a fact, it is so far off any other diet I've ever read about or done myself that I needed a place to keep it all together, a place to write down my life on this path.
Not that I am currently heavily overweight. But I have always been very skinny and I feel at my best then. From the 45 pounds I had gained, I managed to rid myself of 20 pounds in arduous attempts. But the last 25 pounds have stuck with me way too long and tired of constantly "dieting" and hovering around the same 5 pounds, I decided to drastically change something.

I do have the choice to begin with either a MILK day or the VEGGIE day. Haven’t made up my mind yet, but am leaning towards the veggies just to ease the transition a bit more. It’s now 1:20 PM and I COULD have something since noon and need to decide before 5:30 as 6 PM is the cutoff time for nutritional consumption

Thanks for the blog. It is easier than the million e-mails although I am totally impressed with the supportiveness of the group. I find I have been eating less than 1/2 of what I’m allowed. I just don’t want/need more. I started with milk-Barbara said maybe start with milk days…so i did. If the sazon is allowed I’m in great shape and if not I’m in trouble..I had 2 already today.

Cool Dawn. Yeah, I’m definitely “afraid” of the first 2 days but so far so good. Have 30 minutes for a deadline and after that I’ll think food and will make my decision. Still going like a ping-pong back and forth

Today went really well. Again, I started with Milk. Seems so fitting after the past few das of bingeing. Lets be precise her: it went well until 6:15pm after which I became screamimgly hungry. But now at 10pm I am ok again. Dreading tomorrow. I do hope I can burrow myself deeply into work tomorrow.
